The Company and the HKUST will collaborate to explore frontier research and applications in the area of health and environmental innovations, mainly covering the following research topics: (i) environmental hygiene and sanitation; (ii) air and water purifications; (iii) net-zero, circular resource utilization; and (iv) energy-saving decarbonization processes.

Yee Hop Holdings Limited was incorporated as an exempted company with limited liability incorporated in the Cayman Islands under the Companies Law, Chapter 22 (Law 3 of 1961, as consolidated and revised) of the Cayman Islands on 12 February 2015 and its shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 18 December 2015.
The Group is a long established contractor in Hong Kong and is principally engaged in the provision of foundation works (include the construction of mini-piles, rock-socketed steel H-piles and driven steel H piles, and other civil work, which includes site formation works, and road and pavement works) and tunneling works (include pipe jacking, hand dig tunnel and cut-and-over tunnel works) in Hong Kong and overseas.
The Group has diversified and expanded to premises revitalisation and enhancement business by entering two cooperation agreements which relate to premises situated in Guangzhou, a first-tier city in the PRC in 2021.
The Group has also invested in an associated company for the purpose of the development of the Birmingham Property Project. The Birmingham Property Project consists of 304 residential apartments situated at the Windmill Street, Birmingham, the United Kingdom.

Absolute Pure EnviroSci Limited (APEL), an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of Yee Hop Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 1662.HK).
APEL is principally engaged in the business of distribution, research and development of biochemical products.
APEL looks forward to working with researchers who aspire to help the green industries in Hong Kong grow, contributing together to the city and the Greater Bay Area’s low-carbon transformation and advance towards carbon neutrality, and also give the city impetus to pursue reindustrialization vital to her long-term prosperity.
